- The Grateful Garment Project
Biocom’s top priority is the safety of our members and the well-being of our employees. After careful consideration, Biocom has decided to transform our Life Science HR Conference to a fully virtual event. We know that many lives are being impacted and disrupted by COVID-19 and we are grateful to be able to continue offering our members valuable content in a safe manner.

Executive Women in Bio (https://www.womeninbio.org/page/Executives) is a part of women in BIO that is serving women in the executive level and working on championing greater diversity in the C-suite as well as the boardroom. EWIB programming includes professional development webinars and networking events such as the JP Morgan lunch and the June BIO breakfast.
Boardroom Ready is now in its 5th year, and we have 101 women participating and about half of them are already serving on boards: https://www.womeninbio.org/page/BoardroomReady. Our cohort meets annually and a portion of the certification program is done through George Washington University’s board training program.
