Adriana is a core member of the People and Organization and Technology, Media and Telecom Practice Areas. She focuses in supporting complex, large scale change efforts. She has served some of the most important global players in this industry and has a track record on large org transformations (from C-level, to function specific) with a focus on org design and implementation.
Adriana’s selected case experience at BCG includes:
Researched employee sentiment on “the future of work” analyzing responses from 12,000 respondents in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic
Defined strategy, org structure and operating model for IT function of major Tech player
Supported newly appointed COO in major HW and SW player to define strategic priorities, organizational design and savings improvements (~$50M)
Supported Executives of major networking and infrastructure player in defining, selecting and accelerating most important initiatives linked to their business model evolution
Supported C suite of major software player to define strategic implications of managing a growing company (both in size and complexity)
Led marketing transformation for B2B player; including shift in content creation process and setting the foundations for shift to digital
Led organizational redesign implementation for global leader in technology and networking space (~30K people) which resulted in new Org structure better aligned to company’s strategy and market needs; created process and tracking structure to implement changes including detailed Org diagnostics to support design
Adriana holds an MBA from Stanford and a B.A. in Economics from ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico where she graduated with honors. She was a Commercial Development and Corporate Relations Manager for CEMEX in Costa Rica from 2011–2013, before coming back to BCG. Adriana serves as part of the Corporate Committee of the SFMOMA and is a Board Member of Catholic Charities in San Francisco
