Tina Beranbaum elevates the performance of leaders, teams and organizations by addressing the rational and emotional elements of leadership and organization dynamics. Tina is a behavioral scientist and an experienced businessperson. She serves as thought partner, educator, and facilitator, as she helps clients gain insight, align for action and make the right moves at pivotal moments.
Tina has worked with people in North America, Asia and Europe. Her clients include global organizations, smaller firms challenged by imminent growth and dynamic start-ups. She coaches executives who are wrestling with complex issues. At an organizational level, Tina designs immersive laboratory experiences for small and large groups where people share ideas productively, experiment with new ways of approaching challenges and align for action.
Tina’s career has taken her from teaching in the Industrial Relations program at McGill University to the federal program evaluation practice of PwC Canada to working directly with clients through Centauric LLC – the world class consultancy she co-founded with her partner Dr. Mitchell Shack in 2007. Tina strives to elevate the performance of others and is particularly passionate about developing diverse leaders and supporting organizations as they create and nurture collaborative, inclusive and respectful work environments.
Tina has a Ph.D. in organizational sociology and post-graduate certifications in organization development and individual coaching. She is a member of the Forbes Coaching Council and is certified in the use of Hogan Assessments. Tina enjoys spending time with her family, walking on the beach near her office, hiking around SoCal and focusing on being grateful for every moment.
