Biocom California’s HR Conference for Life Science is dedicated to HR professionals working within the life science industry across the state of California. In 2021, this strategic-level conference will be delivered in a hybrid format. The statewide conference will take place over the span of three weeks, connecting the HR communities across California, and providing a unique opportunity to network and learn from executives and HR colleagues within life science.

The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Celebrating HR: Human Resiliency in Human Resources.’ Now, more than ever, it’s important we take a moment to celebrate our own. HR Executives across the life science industry have shown true innovation in action with their nimbleness to respond and adapt in crisis.
