Cheryl Sullivan joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2005 and has held several executive HR leadership and business partnering roles supporting global life sciences and clinical diagnostics. Cheryl oversees talent management, organizational design and development and engagement strategies, and leads large-scale business transformations, including the integration of people, culture and processes related to acquisitions and restructurings. Cheryl’s focus on culture, diversity and inclusion, engagement and the overall people side of change has helped her organization attract and retain top talent within the highly competitive San Francisco Bay Area. Cheryl has more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across a range of industries, locations and cultures. Cheryl is currently based in the Bay Area. She spent three years as an expatriate based in Sweden, and has also lived and worked in several other locations within the United States.
